Halle at Gymnastics - Excuse the quality I was far away in an observation room looking through dirty glass!

Halle gets asked about twice a week if she plays tennis, she asked me to take these pictures and post them on our blog so that everyone will know that she likes tennis, but she likes gymnastics much more!

The Snowball Sectional Tennis Tournament

John & Matthew just finished playing in our sectional tennis
tournament (kids from a 6 state region). They both did really well.
John took 2nd place in singles (in the 16's) and had a great
win over a kid from Las Vegas that was ranked as
high as #6 in the country this year.
Matthew took 7th/8th place in the 14 year old division.
They both won their divisions in doubles.
Overall it was a very successful tournament!

John & his doubles partner Grant Taylor after their victory in the Finals! Matthew played with Kevin Colopy. I was busy running the tournament desk and missed that victory picture.

Skiing!

The whole family went skiing but somehow
everyone else avoided the pictures!

First BYU match of the Season!

Friday was the first day of the BYU Tennis Season. They beat both Utah State and Weber State and the team looked great. They are going to be really good this year! Everyone on the team but Jonathon is back and we've added Roman and Georgy.

We had a great crowd and
Cosmo showed up to cheer on the team!

Christmas Eve

The boy cousins

The girl cousins

All the cousins!

14 days, 26 people, small spaces,

can do this to you!

All the cousins in their Hawaii Pajamas.

A more dignified group of people!
Nana & Gpa, Nelson & Kir, Brad & Cindi, Kib & Lisa, Dave & Ali)

On Christmas day we kayaked and hiked to "Secret Falls" in Kauai

Cindi, Halle & Jordan before they got caught in the trees and almost capsized. Thanks to Dave for saving us, as everyone else passed us laughing (actually Lisa gets some credit for offering to save Halle!)

Brad & Josh. Josh had the best job, taking care of the squirt gun.

Tara thought we were on a Gondola, but I think Steph enjoyed being serenaded.

John & Jacob

Justin & Matthew

The waterfall was worth hiking through the mud.

I'm not 100% committed to this blog but really thinking about it! I suppose I should try it for a little bit and see if I can do this!
